Terms of Service

1. The service

LifeQuest provides online self-reflection assessments (personality, values, life purpose, relationships) and optional AI-generated personal reports. Our assessments and reports are for entertainment and personal self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. If you are experiencing distress, please seek qualified help.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including automated scraping or circumventing usage limits).

3. Assessments and reports

• Assessment results are generated from your self-reported answers and reflect your current self-description, not a fixed diagnosis.
• Deep reports are produced by AI models based on your results. Content may occasionally be imperfect; treat insights as prompts for reflection rather than statements of fact.
• Once a report is generated and unlocked, it remains available to your account.

4. Payments and access

• Deep reports are a one-time purchase, priced per assessment and processed by PayPal. Prices are shown before checkout.
• A purchase unlocks the report for the associated assessment result on your account.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and license

You own your answers. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate the service (scoring, report generation, storage). Generated reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your results, but you may not resell, republish, or use the service commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not circumvent usage limits or paywalls.
• Do not upload unlawful content or impersonate others. AI features must not be used to diagnose, treat, or advise third parties.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for gross negligence or intent; statutory consumer rights are unaffected).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the site operator resides. EU/UK consumers retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of their country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under such mandatory local law. We ask that you first contact us (see the contact details in our Privacy Policy) so we can try to resolve any dispute informally and quickly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
